Esteban is currently the Course Lead at RMIT University's Elite Sport Leadership and Management dual program. He has held various academic posts in Australia and abroad including; The Institute for Design, Design College Australia, Arts Intelligence, Insight Academy, Swinburne University and University of Lincoln (UK). Esteban’s in-depth facilitation style has earned him the nick-names - 'Jedi Master' and 'Lord Esteban' from his many revered padawans (students).
